The general contracting conditions described below (hereinafter "General Conditions"), exclusively govern the contractual relations between any user of the website www.luxurytonefx.com and the seller, who is A. M. Martos Fuentes of Spanish nationality, with NIF/VAT/EORI: ES 75017833K and registered office at Avda. San Amador 91 - 23600 Martos (Jaén). The e-mail address of contact of the company is info@luxurytonefx.com according to the Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 of services to the information society and electronic commerce.
The procedure of contracting the product is carried out completely electronically through the website www.luxurytonefx.com having the same validity as the face-to-face signature of the same.
These general conditions of sale detailed below are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition or prior agreement, unless the parties agree expressly and in writing to another type of agreement and this cancels or modifies these general conditions of contracting.
The language used in all the contracting procedure will be Spanish and it will be the language that governs the relations between the parties, the sample of information in any other language will be considered conditioned to the first one, in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail over any other translation or adaptation.
Luxury Tone Fx may occasionally modify the stipulations contained in these general conditions, so it is advisable that these are read at each visit to the page www.luxurytonefx.com. These modifications will take effect from the publication of the same and will not have retroactive effects and will not be applicable to purchases made prior to the same -the previous versions can always be consulted through the links contained in the platform and will be printable and/or downloadable.
Each purchase on the website is governed by the general conditions applicable on the date of the order. We consider that once you have placed an order, you have unreservedly accepted our general terms and conditions of sale after having read them.

Product information
In order to facilitate your purchase, we pay great attention to the information on the characteristics of the products through descriptions, technical drawings, photographs and videos illustrating the products. All items on the website have measurements and colors that give an approximation as close as possible to reality, but we do not guarantee that in all cases these descriptions are 100% accurate. You can verify all the information that generates you doubts with the technical department, since for the returns for reasons of this type the expenses of shipment and return will be in charge of the user.
Prices
Sales prices are shown in euros (VAT included). The total shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the selected products once the order has been placed, as they are calculated according to weight, volume, number of packages and shipping region.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, we undertake to apply the current rates indicated on the website at the time the order is placed.
Availability
Please note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock, once a product is ordered, the corresponding request will be made to the warehouse. Shipping
We ship worldwide. The default rate that appears by default in each item on the web does not include shipping costs and you can know the exact amount of each shipment by making a purchase simulation.
The order will be shipped to the address you indicate at the time of purchase. We do our best to respect the deadlines, but there will be specific times of the year, such as holidays, long weekends, etc. in which we can not guarantee them. For this reason we thank you very much for your understanding that we are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons or causes of force majeure. In case you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier which could last several days (the maximum period is fourteen working days). During this period or until the incident is clarified, no reshipment or reimbursement of the order will be possible.
We advise you to verify that everything is in accordance with the order and in perfect condition when you receive the package. If you do not agree with the items delivered, sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note that the transport company gives you the anomalies that you found upon receipt.

If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation, provided you have obtained prior authorization from your bank or cashier. If the payment has not been authorized, your order cannot be taken into account.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. You also have the option of electronically completing and sending the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement via our website info@luxurytonefx. If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the deadline has expired.

Warranty
In accordance with European regulations, all new durable products have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Only guarantees are managed for products purchased on this website. The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover improper use of products (non-compatible power supplies, poor connections, wear, symptoms as a result of humidity, high or low temperatures...) or wear generated by use.
For any management regarding the guarantee, it is essential that you contact us via info@luxurytonefx.com explaining the situation. We will respond to you as soon as possible. Shipping costs derived from repairs and/or replacements within warranty periods and covered by it must be assumed by the customer.
"The very nature of the good limits or modulates the application of the Law: RDL 1/2007 does not expressly include within its scope of application perishable goods, that is, those that have a very limited life span, disappearing the good or its usefulness when this period expires or when it is consumed, so it can be considered that its provisions only apply to the extent permitted by the nature of the good."
Any product intervened or manipulated by personnel other than us will automatically be excluded from the guarantee.
Returns due to an incident
Without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees, we remind you that you must inform us of any incident within 48 business hours following receipt of the order. Incidents will always be resolved in writing. After the stipulated period, we are not responsible for the incident or return.
The steps to follow are those:
Keep the original packaging, labels or any accessories that go inside the box.
Send us an email to info@luxurytonefx.com with photographs of the damage and an explanation of it as detailed as possible. Without photographs we will not be able to process the incident.
We promise to respond to your email within a maximum period of 24 business hours with a solution to your problem. We will replace the full article. The procedure will always be the same: first we collect the defective item in its original packaging, and when we receive it and check its condition we will send you a new one in perfect condition.
Safeguard clause
All clauses or provisions of this contract must be interpreted independently and autonomously, with the rest of the stipulations not being affected in the event that one of them has been declared VOID by a final court ruling. The contracting parties agree to replace the affected clause or clauses with another or others that preserve the effects sought by the parties.
Dispute resolution
Luxury Tone Fx is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in the event of force majeure, such as that defined by the Spanish courts and in the event of the client's default or an unforeseeable event by a person unrelated to the contract. For any divergence caused by non-compliance with the conditions of purchase and sale, both parties will expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Jaén, except as established in the consumer regulations, waiving their own if it is different.
Luxury Tone Fx is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on its website.
You also have the possibility if you have problems with products or services purchased online to use the EU online dispute resolution platform to lodge a complaint which will be resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.
